The pool area was enjoyable, especially the stunning pool view which we loved. The room was well-furnished and provided a comfortable vibe for our family during our two-night stay.

We faced significant noise disruptions due to corporate events happening near our accommodation.

The food truly stood out, offering an incredible variety that exceeded my expectations, while the children’s pool provided endless fun for our toddlers with its mini slides. However, the restaurant was often noisy and crowded, leading to long wait times for meals. Our room was uncomfortable, with an old bed and worn sheets, and several activities required additional fees, which was disappointing. Overall, while the resort is family-friendly, improvements in room comfort and management of crowds would enhance the experience significantly.

Our stay was nothing like what was advertised. The all-inclusive claims were misleading. only basic meals were provided, leaving my kids bored with limited activities for their ages. It was frustrating to find that entertainment options were nearly nonexistent for families.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to the stunning Igreja do Cristo Rei de Atibaia, just a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to explore its beautiful architecture while enjoying the local parks nearby, which added so much to my weekend strolls.
